windows phone 10 also does not providing call recording, screen recording features. backgroung downloading not possible.If you switch from one app to other app, it will stops working.So, there is no difference if windows phone 10 launched.windows phone 10 is totally same as windows phone 8.1. they have to change their interface. multitasking is worst in windows phones, backgroung downloading is not possible.

I have never used an iphone so I don't miss anything.. using windows phone and have tried my frnds android phones.. may be it has zero or less lags but to be frank WP is also not complete. many features has been removed from old windows phone versions like message integration (one of the best feature of WP), etc...
But still i love windows phone for its simplicity in ui, fastness, fluidness, less lags, etc etc.........

The only way I'd ever consider a Windows Phone is if it can run full Windows 10, but there's just too many issues with crashes, freezes and malware so ideally I'd like Windows/Android dual boot which of course is possible now on ARM CPUs.

Windows phone has some significant advantages over Android but unfortunately Microsoft doesn't take the best samples from other interfaces and still hasn't addressed the key issues of Windows Phone!
Windows phone advantages:
~Superb text auto correction (makes typing text super fast and relaxed)
~Bloatware loaded windows phone still performs fast and lag free
~Windows phone doesn't slow down over time (unlike Android or Windows PC do)
~Lag free and super smooth scrolling
WINDOWS PHONE DISASTER POINTS:
~Horrible web rendering engine (many web pages don't display properly and occasional browser shut down)
~During contact syncing process, contacts with the same name still being linked together and that creates a lot of confusion unless you manually unlink them one by one
~Interface still needs lots of improvement in terms of friendlier design, colors and logic!!!!! (it is obvious that Microsoft doesn't take samples from other interfaces at all!)

Also, on a side note, Nokia and Android don't mix well, because Nokia users expect quality on both hardware and software, not only hardware. (check their Z tablet - looks great, the idea behind it is nice, but people don't buy it because it runs Android)

Win10Mo September 2015. It will be short-lived. Once Nokia back with Android on 2016, nobody cares with Win10Mo anymore.

I really love the performance on my 1320 . Windows phone has really grown since the WP8 Update . Currently on Wp 8.1 grd3 have no complaints . Except that i cannot run HD Games continously like six guns , asphalt without restart . Also , such game often force close . I might go for a flagship Wp if win10 impresses but MS should really work on this . 1320 has more than required hardware for these games still they do not run smooth and i dont like the higher end windows phone pricing . Wish to see improvements in multitasking , customisation , more store apps , more features in system apps ( music , video , file manager ) . Hope the final release is sooner than spetember though

I am an owner of Samsung Note II and Lumia 535. Windows Phone is now mature and provides excellent results and experience. I just love the WP experience! For me it started as an experiment with the good looking but pocket light lumia 535, but now I am waiting for tne next Lumia flagship!
