We can hardly remember the last time a Motorola handset caused as much excitement as the Motorola MILESTONE. The good news is that starting today you can get yours from O2 (but only in Germany)...

JAG, 18 Nov 2009Droid's camera was fixedOnly for 24.5 days, then the camera will go bad again for the next 24.5 days.

There's a bug in the timestamp software of the autofocus of the camera which goes in 24.5 day cycles.

Anonymous, 18 Nov 2009is it heavy like N900?According to the specs from GSM Arena:

                          Weight for Milestone: 161g
                          Weight for N900: 181g

Again, Moto lost the battle from the "heavy weight champion"....not that Moto was ever famous for making bricks, if not walls, ever since the MicroTAC days (when being compared to other brands)

Yeah, I can't recall if the almighty brand ever made any phone as small as the V3688/V150 like Moto...

I had both in hands and they're BOTH excellent devices.
Well done Motorola and Nokia. That's the way to go!

the n900 much like the palm pre isn't a phone that rocks the phone world. they are mere displays of what their underlying OS can do. in future versions of these phones i can really easily see the implementation of super badass hardware to run fluidily with their OS.

It seems like Motorola and SE has seen the light. Although I usually hate both brands because until very recently they both seemed as if they had a competition of who can build the most phones that nobody would buy.
If both companies can only become competitive in the low to medium end market, it will be like a slice of cool from a cake of awesome.

                                        [deleted post]you are right.
i am not Nokia fan, but we need to compare head-to-head before reaching that conclusion.
but of course, the fact that droid is available earlier than N900 is a plus point by itself.
