Never did receive the extra battery and cover as promised on the promotional material. Very poor customer service. Never responded to emails or telephone calls.

Extra battery and double storage but same price. I see same marketing from Xiaomi brand. That a real maketing improve before sale out G4 to customer. that is a news good and benefit for customer... best wish for G4 and LG brand

Don't tell anyone, but you apply for both carrier and LG rebates you can get both!
For example TMobile's 128GB micro sd card and LG's 32GB micro sd + battery + cradle.
