you guys have been saying this for ages now, but we did not get any update till today. i have htc sense 6.0 as you say but still can receive lollipop update not saying of marshmallow

NYC, USA: I've been waiting for a next gen HTC One MAX and that is probably never coming - so at least let us get Lollipop; and still that hasn't come for us either.. It is now July 15, 2016 - and still NOTHING! WTF Sprint?!?

Just had my One Max upgraded 2 days ago and I'm running into tons of video problems. It seems to run very well, like speed wise is good and I can feel that opening apps and typing are a lot lighter than before - very noticeable. However, just found out some of my games are crashing and worst is my COC. I can play it still but every now and then, there will be video distortion. It was working fine with other apps so for sure it's not HW and was working perfectly fine prior to upgrade. Also, downloading and resintalling is such a pain in the ass. I have had cleared the cache, data, stopped the program and updated google play services. I had reset my phone three times as well to no avail. I honestly regret that I updated my phone when it was working perfectly and very much reliable before the upgrade, been using it for 1 year and hald with no trouble. I hope that there will be a patch to address this issues. I just can't express my frustration and I know that there might additional issue that are yetto be discovered. Fr: Philippines
