wat?, 12 Jul 2015ppl, explain it to my, why you care so much for the removab... moreThe idea is simple. you run out of warranty, you need to replace your phone or pay for extra services by the Service. How do you batteries normally removed by simply buying new, and you can use the phone yet another 2 years or longer.
The same applies to the lack of memory cards, it forces you to buy newer and newer model, despite the elder is still good.
I remember that using fakes of accessories - such as battery life is tantamount to a loss of warranty. the same if you replace the batteries are not removable, the unauthorized service.

ppl, explain it to my, why you care so much for the removable battery? You change them during a day and don`t know how to use external batterys or what? Don`t know how to press 3 buttons and reset your phone if android hangs and remove your battery every time? Or you live in taiga and have no Service center in 2000km radius to ask to change your battery after it fails ater 3 years of use?????
Explain it, I don`t get all this fuss about "OH, NO, its battery is non-removable"

AnonD-389805, 08 Jul 2015The answer to that is simply remove the ability to move app... moreI never asked for a answer. I corrected a false statement. I never said I like it not having an SD slot. And it would be just as silly and it would also be controlling to take away that ability. That's just throwing one problem in to attempt to negate another. Especially with Android M's abilities

Someone, 07 Jul 2015Those idiots out there who say that they will be no removab... moreWrong. As of March 2015 Samsung has lost it's throne to Apple on phone sales. I wonder why?

If they really ditched the removable battery and expandable memory, they just made the dumbest move yet. The Note is a heavy user business phone and such needs this features. If Samsung keeps imitating Apple they will lose it's top phone manufacturer spot soon enough. Samsung why are you imitating Apple without shame? It is disgusting and dumb.

Anonymous, 07 Jul 2015What's iPhone alike about it? The Samaung aesthetics that ... moreIt's not looks where it's like iPhone, it's the fact that Samsung once made phones and bragged about them in ads that they could do everything, but now Samsung are removing features that once made them the best and now follow the Apple policy of giving just enough features making them useless for the more hardcore phone users.

Anonymous, 07 Jul 2015The way I see it, previously, people complained about cheap... moreActually the lack of sd card slot has to do with driver controlers and bandwidth with the new ufs storage. And most of the similar elements between the S6 and iPhone 6 are mostly Samsung elements that alone used. The frame and shape of the iPhone 6 are extremely Note 1 esc. And Samsung used bottom facing headset jacks before apple did. And the side frames look different as the iPhone users more older Samsung like ones while the ones on the S6 are newer looking.

The way I see it, previously, people complained about cheap plastic and materials used in their flagship series. Now that people get nicer material, and better looking phone--regardless of whether they copied "iPhone" or not(Apple does make their devices look good)--people found another reason to complain. Removal of features such as external SD card slots and removable batteries is what Samsung is paying to make the phone look and feel good. I'm sure they could have designed stuff differently or maybe come up with an original design that implements previous features AND makes it look good, but they didn't. Don't like it? Buy a different phone, or better yet, just wait until next year for the newer version. I don't discourage opinions, but at least stay consistent people. Samsung needs opinions from everywhere so keep 'em coming.

Or listening to the missions of complaints and changing the materials and design that led to a sealed battery? The SD slot is a whine other story with a controllers and bandwidth being an issue with the ufs storage. You realize the first few LG G phones couldn't use an SD slot or remove the battery right? Nor could the m7. And neither of those had a reason for excluding the SD slot

Those idiots out there who say that they will be no removable battery and SD card. Do you know what happened before the release of S6 and S6 edge? People were saying the same thing that they would not buy the S6 because of no removable battery and expandable storage. And now? The S6 and the S6 edge ate such a success. Samsung offers a 64GB and a 128GB in S6. So same will be the case with the Note 5. You will get an option of a larger storage. People who own the S6 have no battery problems because Samsung had improved the batteries and that its why or decided to add the non removable batteries. By the way, the removable batteries are the past. We are going into the future so get over it.
