It's not a fake, i know it for sure, there will be a 12 Mpx mobile phone, but i don't know if it will be N87 or what, expected release Q2 2010

i said that nokia is making 12 megapixel phone...
this picture and specs are fake of course but there is a real one...
the codename is VASKO and dont forget that you are first in the world who now this!(this is a nokia secret)...
it`s working in symbian ,has 3.5 inch oled screen and 680mhz processor...
and it`s N8X series ...may be N87 or N88...

personally, i find this design crap. its again and again the same thing!!!!
its as if you took the slider of n96, without the alphanumeric pad and glued it with the screen of n97.
also, it looks like a block, i got the same feeling when i first saw n900: who gonna use that brick of ciment.
there is a need not only for specifications but for design.
5800 was quite nice but you made 3 variants of the same thing.
the n series phones have very simmilar brothers and sisters: it all strarted with the n80; n95 is just like n80 but with a part of the e seires attached to it+ the double slide. then came a long series of the same thing, too long to be listed(i will stick to the n series ).then came the n96 which has a better look than the n95 but still the same.after that, the n85.

totally fake, end and call button are too close to each other and its touch sensitive so thats a major fault. and why is it the slide-out multimedia button only divided in half

Make it the 3.5" inches capacitative OLED screen and add maemo (highly fine tuned).. the absolute iphone (for that matter any mobile) Killer is right in the making ..

I doubt Nokia will do a 12Meg camera phone, especially with Xenon even though that is what nokia lovers would want; they must have made a billion 5Meg modules, as that can be the only reason that they keep pushing these out to customers
An 8Meg one with xenon flash and how about 3x optical zoom, would get people sitting up. Just my two cents!!!

Maemo is a really modern initerface and in future there will be many possibilities to improve the productivity of the OS because its Open Source and also easier to develope apps because they can be ported from Linux. Maemo is also a linux based version so we will have more computer functions on this devices.
I have seen a few games for this device which are in development except the bounce and the graphics are really amazing.
For me it will be like a laptop.
Only the camera interface of the Maemo 5 needs a face lift because the menu isnt very userfriendly.

another "slider" unit of Nokia which after few days or months of use - it would be a BIG problem because of "ribbon" and "slider" issues! if this is the case, it's NOT worth of the money you worked hard for. I don't how Nokia would address these issues on their "slider units" and definitely, "business" wise Nokia won't put everything we want in the unit.
e.g. Nokia will release a 12MP with Xenon flash but without WiFi or it has a WiFi but at the end it only has 5MP "without" Xenos flash - there are lots of possibilities depending on how they can earn and "play" the money that people had worked hard for and for me, this is "totally fooling" their end-users. Come on Nokia please have all the "standard" input/output with your devices e.g. 3.5mm headset jack, Xenon flash, standard micro usb port, WiFi, and definitley make your units last long and durable. Because if you'll stick with your "crap" ideas of not providing these input/output standards - soon you'll loose your market!
