2.5+ years with my Note2 .. the satisfaction that other companies will never be able to provide even if they all combined .. its time to drop my current handset & invest in the next king of phablets ... just hope its better design than note 4 which was ugly compared to note 3

I miss the good old days when Samsung made ads laughing at the things iPhone can't do and that their customers are vain sheep...
And now Samsung are making the same type of phones and aiming for the same Apple customers.

The problem only reason why I would buy the Note 5 is for the 4k camera. But that wont meet all my needs ... I need a tablet. Why can't the Note 5 and the s2 come together with a pull-out earpiece to the s2 tablet and viola ... A TRUE PHABLET.
Reason why I need a tablet more than another phone with a 4k camera - I need a device that will control my Entertainment System, My car, My House and My Bank. See what I mean?

Samsung is going to make the same mistake HTC made by not listening to its customers. To change the two most important features on the Note is stupid. If I wanted an iPhone I would just by an iPhone.

Okay... so the Note 5 will only be coming in an edge version? That's way looking for trouble. People seriously HATE the no micro-SD card slot, so Apple much? Limited memory is a huge hassle, cause what do you do when it's full? back everything up, just to have to like format your whole phone to start using it again..? The Note 4 is the best of the Samsung series. But Samsung also causes battery and software issues. Personally, Samsung is a no go.

Business 101-Customer's will pay more for well designed products and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I am NOT a Apple Fan. I will give some of my "wants" away for more open architecture, but at the end of the day I require EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So far I have not been disappointed in Samsung Customer Service. But in my view they are dropping the ball on what their cell phone customer's want. Battery life/replacement is the Wholly Grail for users. No one likes being tethered by a cord or a HUG battery bank. As soon as someone has that battery that will last for days on end, is small in size and doesn't burn the phone they win.
