Dispute, refute, sue, demand, class action, whatever. Sony, Microsoft, Apple, Samsung, HP, Dell, Nokia are among the few, adding Xiaomi to the list. I don't get why other people don't get that the real winner here is actually Foxconn. I could and I'd like to say Foxconn does it best. They're like open-source (slash contract) when it comes to manufacturing. They could be playing the higher-tier game here because they must have those aforementioned major companies' blueprints and gameplans

Nobody is complaining when you're born having a mouth, a pair of ears and eyes same like other human being. If Apple and you thinks Xiaomi is a threat, then sue them. If you're sma... moregoogle now launcher wont chnage icons or the way settings are placed or they way notification will appear..thats a stupid solution...laucher is only for looks and have the serach app in the left side just like that....if the phone is laggy it will simply lag as simple as that..if u want smooth performance then skin free android should be your choice.

If you're sma... moreno matter what u say boy....xiomi is copying apple in every single aspect even on their web site..the devices presentation...software iphone 5c colors...but no matter what they copy ios is amoung all those devices...there are sevral reports that those devices are crappy so ....apple is not even paying attention to them....

ALL China brand mobile phones DO NOT HAVE DISTINCTIVE DESIGN. Copying is their standard practice, shame on their management.

News informationfor Xiaomia fans. Many othermanufactuering want join US market. US is big market and many legal difficult . I think this is leap for xiaomi to develop more and more. Frankly speaking, i seen many phone from xiaomi have good design and suitable price but i regret that xiaomi not yet launch your phone in our country. If launch, i will buy soon.

If you're smart enough to complain, you must be smart enough to find a solution too. By the way, there's a notification menu and you can actually reply from the lock-screen for certain apps' notification. Only the no app drawer statement is true, the rest you said are bullocks or just your own personal taste.

I bought mi 4i 2 weeks ago. The launcher and system UI is suck. No notification menu, no lock screen enhanced notification, no app drawer. Stop copying stupid ios ui, Android AOSP is much better.
