And of course it is overpriced.

You have to add $15 for a SIM as well as ch... moreYou are buying the phone for full price unsubsidized so they have to unlock it for you if you ask so you can use it on any carrier you want. 480 is a good price. They are giving SIM cards for free with the phone. No matter what carrier you use it on you'll have to pay for a plan.

well it depens of you in fact....lg design is pretty decent...i like the back power on volum keys....it doesnt look cheap sorry to disagree with most of u ... polycarbonate doesnt mean that is a bad quality....unless u drop your phone so many times and u need insted a rock.....glass and aluminium are far betetr thats right but it depends of u..some people may like leather ...other plastic..or metal...it is up to u....for me as long as the phone workes fien and looks good i dont care materials... most of us change devices 6-1 year old ..or are you collecting...

It's not $480. You have to add $15 for a SIM as well as choose a T-Mobile plan, the prices for which start at $50 per month. $480 + $65 = $545 and you still have a phone locked to T-Mobile to deal with.

It lasts longer than my G3. Tested them Both side by side. G3 gave 13hrs uptime with 4h sot. G4 gave 15hrs uptime with close to 4.5 hrs sot. So it last longer. The usage was very much more than moderate too.. I think it's a better buy now. Plus free battery? Its a good buy dude.

Still very overpriced in my opinion. This phone looks very cheap in person, looks even cheaper than the G3. And it is not just the looks, it is actually cheap/very fragile. And the battery won't last for the morning if you are a moderate user.
