Sony is just putting together mainstream parts etc, offering has to be from software. Android is not their own OS and plenty of consumers complain (well those using these boards) when they use their own skin. They are now offering close to stock and be done with it.
The day Android OEM's can run fluid on less than 1ghz whilst giving similar sized batteries to the present is the day I will call it innovation. That is what should be the race, the race to use less power whilst offering consumers better battery life. If that means gutting Android and targetting their devices I'm all for it.

Why can't it just be the xperia c5...It's about to release in mid August... Numerous leaks suggest that the new bond phone will have 5.5 inch display.. Full hd... A mediocre chipset and amazing design... It might be dat only...

- Automatic Camera Mode in 20MP, not just 8MP
- Perfect Camera in Low Light Condition & Flash performance
- Battery Capacity above 3100
- Louder Volume for earphone
- Support Wireless & Quick Charging
- Reduce the number of Bloatware
- Competitive Price in High-end Segment
i don't care about:
- Display Resolution, coz IMO Z3+ have the best IPS Full HD display & low energy more than LG G4 2K display.
- RAM Capacity, coz Z3+ have great multitasking & very fast performance.

I have read numerous recently posted comments on the internet that the new Z5 will be no better than the Z3, so it will likely suffer from the same overheating and shut-down issues that have plagued previous Sony Xperia phones due to the 810 SoC processor being used. Strong recent rumors also now suggest the Z5 will have only 1080 resolution and the Z5 Compact will have only 720 resolution...same as Z3. There will be only minor camera improvements, and the Omni-Balance design which is now more than 5 years old will continue.
Many people have waited a long time for an amazing all-new Z5, but it now seems that SONY has done little to nothing to make a better and more competitive phone. If the rumors prove true, SONY might as well just fold up their tent and go home because the Z5 will be yet another commercial flop for SONY. How many of these "same-old-same-old" so-called new phones is SONY going to produce before they get the message that their phones cannot compete with Samsung and Apple if they giving us this kind of s**t.
We want a better improved phone, not the "same-old-same-old" over and over again. If SONY genuinely wants to remain in the smartphone business, then they need to fire the people that run that division and hire some forward thinking folks who know how to compete in this business. They need to put out a great (not just another average "good") phone, release it everywhere in the world, advertise the hell out of it, price it to sell, and back it up with world-class support & service, like Apple. So far, SONY has done none of the above.
Come on SONY....go big or go home! We are tired of waiting.

MI5 would be totally inappropriate - Bond is in SIS (commonly known as MI6). He is sent abroad to deal with external threats, MI5 deals with internal ones.
Those who remember the original might think DB5 would be more apropriate.
