The only time I've noticed any slowdown at all has been in the last week when my Lollipop upgrade finally came through. I guess it's perfect timing for the Note 5 upgrade then ;)

Bottomline they are both great companies and depending on what you use
your phone for will determine which one is better for you

As far as I know, this "something wrong with android devices" thing offered something Apple doesn't even bothered; Customization. Don't get me wrong, it's just my personal preferences though.

I agree samsung has many advantages against apple's devices, but things just doesn't works as it should be. I had top android devices years ago, but i got disappointed many times with simple stuff like make a call and it lags to start the calling and stop the calling... this is just an example.

Apple blocks many features that devices is able to do, that sucks. A jailbreak solves the problem.

Why iphone runs heavy duty apps and games just better than galaxies top with only 1 Gb RAM and 1.3 GHz dual core cpu? something is wrong with android's devices...

They give it heaps of ram so that they can have fun jamming it full of all the garbage they want to run in the background and they need 4gb to handle it. Any less ram and they wouldn't be able to fill it with 30 tonne of garbage cause it wouldn't be able to handle it. Wait till the Galaxy S10 with 50gb of ram and you'll see the thing full of software you'll never use in your entire lifetime.

Manny, 26 Jul 20154GB is fantastic, but only if RAM Management is not like of... moreThat's the way android works. It's not similar to how Windows handles ram, but rather the Linux way. Pretty much the philosophy is if the ram is there, why not use it and speed everything up instead of having it just sit there, and then make some space when other programs need it. The S6 memory management issues involve the phone putting apps into hibernation mode quicker to free up extra ram as TouchWiz doesn't seem completely up to Samung's new standards yet.

4GB is fantastic, but only if RAM Management is not like of S6 and S6 Edge. There's no point of having 4GB of RAM and always have about 400MB free. Used RAM on my S6 Edge is always 80% and up when i the Phone's idle.
