I get to 92% installed and it freezes! Many others have reported such problems in quite a few forums, including Microsoft's very own community. GSMARENA must be sleeping, when they didn't saw that the last 24 hours. Some are getting different kind of errors, but 20% are getting none. Just a total freeze and no explanation...

I installed it and now my PC games don't work. When I click on the icons, nothing happens. I don't want to start all over again. I suggest you find a way to back up your game saves before you install it. If anyone knows how to get my games working again with out reinstalling and losing my data, please let me know. Otherwise, it's not a bad upgrade. It's like a cross between Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. I want my games back though.

FromChinaWithLove, 31 Jul 2015Well, there seems to be a problem for the so call "aut... moreNot really. During the installation process Win10 requires an activation key which automatically is obtained if it detects your original Windows 7/8.1 license. It won't work if it finds out the computer has a Windows XP license.

For manually download http://microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/Windows10 it's in English, but one's can change their language and it might even change it for you automatically during the download/install progress.

Well, there seems to be a problem for the so call "automatically" upgrade/update notifications to users! Both of my laptop and tablet showed on the update that it failed to get the update, so that I end up have to "manually"download and installed it.

I wonder if this include those that install manually or just the auto update one. Because that make a different on the number, since not everyone know how to do it manually.

Hopefully Microsoft figure out this and solve this problem so that "regular" users can get their upgrade too.

Here's a question to the fellow gsmarena reader, since one's can download the Windows 10 manually and install it after download complete, does this work with Windows XP users as well?

Ashamed to be one of them.

I've been using it for 2 days... It is smooth and gorgeous as all of MS products are... Just remember to install MS .Net Frameworks 3.5 after installing the OS if you are having a fresh install...
