what the hells wrong with the so called FCC, are americans so untrustable that everytime a "OFFICIAL" test in order to keep the people safe always ends up leaking out

I read the FCC test report and it clearly mentioned the HSDPA network.

Oh, and for the nHD thing: It's NINETH (9th) HD. 640*3 = 1920, 360*3 = 1080, 1920*1080 = FullHD, 3*3 = 9. JFGI.
