If you judge it sensor by sensor, best among this year was G4`s sensor, but in real-time s6 beat because of great software working good among with hardware, if imx234 was samsung`s this year, it`ll be best because software !

If you're reading this editors, I would really like to see you start taking photos that show us how the flash performs. You don't have any of that right now. Something like a faked bar scene so we could see how the phone will perform in low light conditions with people as the subject and flash being used.

Upgraded modem, and some others. Though yes, many similarities.
The Note 5 has almost nothing up from the S6 it seems.
I'm sure there will be a few more changes discovered as time passes though

the biggest mistakes that they made are non removable batteries and no external SD. also I think they will not get them back in future

note5?, 14 Aug 2015that would be SAMSUNG NOTE4s....... not samsung note5"S" model would suggest a slight upgrade. And apart from the processor, RAM and lens aperture, I can only see downgrades.

People complaining that the Note 5 and S6 are too similar, look at the S3 and Note 2. They were both very similar devices (720p display, very similar processor, 8MP camera), you're just disappointed because the gap between the S5 and Note 4 was so big.

I will not be buying the Note 5. I will look at the LG G4 instead. Or for security reasons only, I might wait to see what the Blackberry Android phone looks like. But generally, I want a replaceable battery, and upgradeable memory. Blackberry only gets a look in because I have a Z30 and its business functionality is great. Its only the lack of removable battery that stops me buying the Passport. I am a director of a London based country, and do sales and marketing all over the UK. I can't afford for my phone to run out of battery, and/or freeze up. So removable batteries are a key consideration. I have owned every one of the Note series, from 1 - 4.

Z, 13 Aug 2015Phablets should have atleast 3500 mAh battery .6 inchers nowadays should have no reason NOT to put in a 4000 maH battery
Even 6/7 inch tablets of 2-3 years ago have at least that much.
So a downgrade of battery life is really a deal breaker
