Well i wouldn't be surprised if this has to do with Palm, cause Nokia is just finlizing their deal to buy up Palm. But the OS looks like Symbian, probably the will change it after they own Palm by end of Jan.

All new Nokia E series phone have smaller space bar. This one has longer space bar so there are reason to suspect that this is fake.
