Judging by the alphabet C high possible this is China market only model.
Redmi Note 2 with 5.5" FHD screen & Mediatek Helio X chips need to be launched into Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Malaysia market as soon as possible, India market can delay a bit since their court like to ban Xiaomi phone with Mediatek Chips, let them deprived from good phone.
