You know what, while you laughing, that phone's manufacture probably signed another 20-30 contracts with Nokia, SE, iPhone or whatever you think is the best to make phones somewhat look like theirs and pay them a part after they are being sold to friends like yours. This is like sell-by-design. It's legal and it's very attractive in average income asia countries because not everyone can pay $800 USD for a phone.
I don't believe, at any chance, you can copy someone's product and make it through the design/development, mass production, international frequency control, custom, local authorities, then being sold all over Asia.

this is 99% china made phone. Just yesterday a friend of mine proudly flaunt his new "nokia" celphone bragging it as new model from nokia. I can't help laughing, it 's really to my sight. Being nokia fan i know every new high-end phone they made but this is one is weird. A combination of SE and nokia and iphone rolled into one, hehe, plus TV. Here in Manila you can see celphones of all shape and sizes never heard and seen in U.S and europe, courtesy of China.

well , if it's officially a SE phone and not some chinese scam , then i have to say , SE doesn't know what it's doing and i'm really starting to get disappointed by the acts of this company. and i'm a SE lover. i don't think X10 needs to get any smaller , it need to put multi - touch input , and raise it to 16m color not 65k. it needs to put on Android 2.1 and capture HD quality Videos. of course i'm talking out of pity cause the phone hasn't released yet and i'm saying this based on the specs Information on this site Database. but i hope it will be a better device than what it seems to be.
