Considering a radical rather a wrong step taken by samsung,now you can see many brands adapting removable battery and SD cards. LG G4 and now 950XL and next can be expected many more brands adapting removable battery and SD card.

Huge dissapointment with the design. Passable for a low or mid-ranger, like the 640 (XL), but unacceptable for a phone with flagship ambitions. Pretty much every Nokia model looked way better then this. Dead On Arrival.
Well, lets hope the rumors about the aluminium/VaporMg Surface phone are real, because these models won't take Microsoft very far.

What an unremarkable design. It's hard to tell these apart from the plethota or 5xx/6xx Lumias from Microsoft. I'd have rather seen a rehash of the tried and true "Fabula" design of the N9/920. It's not original by this point in time, but at least it's good looking.

Obviously Microsoft learnt very well from Samsung all-glass design that people don't like. The release date is not that important as long as it is before December. What downgrade? SD808 is logical cinsidering it is used in the 5.2" and SD810 on 5.7". It is a differentiating factor. SD820 would be better but Microsoft ain't got time to test their device all over again. IFA is next week. It is not the best looking device but it is definitely not ugly. You haven't seen real ugly phone.

I am a big fan of windows and still using Windows 8.1 For Lumia 920.
As to what i see from the posted Microsoft Flagship Phone its Hideous from Backside.
Front too is ok was expecting it seamless border designing with slight bulge on glass will
also do it for me. Lumia 920 designing is far more better than this. I really have high hope for Microsoft they should come out with better flagship designed Windows Phone.
Tech wise its also ok. Hope they introduce some killer features.
So please Microsoft just don't make this flagship model count.
bump up the tech spec's of the cellphones.

The problem of window phone is NOT FRIENDLY USER & too much problem. my 1st wp lumia 1320 i sale it after 1 months use & after few month nokia realease lumia 830 & i decided to give myself 1 last try... just like what i thought dissapoint & regret then just sale it very cheap price. My advise is dont offen consider about the spec but friendly user is most importance things.

Fail.
Design is downgraded from last flagship 930. Hump on the back and that all plastic body. Big fail.
Hardware - presenting in mid October, availability in late October or most probably in November, with SD808 CPU? WTF?
Microsoft, are you crazy or just stupid?!?
I like windows phone, but will not buy this crap.
Will wait to see Experia z5. Do not want to move to droid again, but dudes... This design is ugly!!!

Looks hideous though haha. These are lumias? but it doesn't follow Nokia's design language.
Prolly lumia designers went back to Nokia hahaha.
They should release a phone with SURFACE design and materials.
Wishing for its success though. Windows10 + phone unified experience is quite awesome. Same the mobile OS still lacks app support and updates. It takes really slow to update a windows phone app compared to other mobile OS'es.

Samsung's 2015 phones are gorgeous, Nokia's Lumia flagships of old, the same. These are ugly and generic, not only that they look low end. Hopefully they run better than they look.
