The latest Samsung Note 4 5.1.1 firmware made significant performance improvement.
Butter like user interface and smooth multitasking switching.

I believe Samsung roll out the update to the less profitable regions first as a sort of public beta testing. Then if everything is OK, or if it needs fixing, they then send it to the areas with the greater uptake, or chance of uptake for their devices. This is so they don't get as many unfavourable news articles that could damage sales.
Obviously this didn't work with 5.0.1 that well because it's bloody shocking!

Got my 5.1.1 updated here at KL, Malaysia. So far phone looks responsive & RAM looks like more than 5.0.1 version. Power efficiency shld be slidely better.

I'm from Sweden and the information around the internet (sammobile) says that the 5.1.1 update for note 4 (SM-N910F) has reached Sweden last weekend but I haven't got the update. Anyone from Sweden that got the update yet?

I'm really very much fed up with my Note 4 N910H. Haven't receive Lollipop update till date. I was eagerly waiting for update when it was started rolling out for Note4.😡

Stagefright problem is not fixed with this update! Is faster, better Ram management, faster in daily use but worse in benchmark and 3D game !!! Battery the same! ...after 48h use

Im now on COH4 (SM-N910F) 5.1.1 on mi note 4.New things are only smart manager and some small changes.Its smooth,but Sragefright is showing that mi phone is still Vulnereble.

Let us be fair in our comments. I love Samsung and their products. Samsung products are the best, innovative, technologically advanced devices around. I love to buy a device that others have to wait at least a year to have theirs updated ( apple devices usually takes even more ), because it never feels you have an outdated device.
I had various Samsung devices, currently I have the Note 4 and Gear 2. They are just great. However, I feel that when there are certain updates like Lollipop 5.1.1 or Android M, Samsung should do more effort to update our flagship devices.
Although we complain, it doesn't mean we prefer apple devices. They may have better after sales service (and I envy that) but apple devices are too locked in controlled rules, Hardware wise apple are years behind and keep 'B*ll Sh*tt*ng about fine tuning old hardware. We are not that stupid. First you try to convince fans that large screens are 'BS', then convincing apple fans that large screens are here and are important, why, because apple says so... making apple even richer since most apple sheep had to buy the new Apple standard - large screens! erm.. with lower resolutions!!!
