Hi All,
I am using "Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime" and facing the same problem as mentioned above many comments, My device shows that the OS is latest bit its still on 4.4.4, How do I gets android 5.1.1 :(

Hi, I've been using Galaxy Prime for almost a year, How can I update to Android Lollipop? Will tried to update it everytime, but it says that I had the latest software (kitkat). I want to upgrade Lollipop version.

I have upgraded my Samsung galaxy grand prime, now it is showing brown lines and not displaying anything. Samsung Service guys saying the motherboard and camera all gone.
Please let me know how to resolve it.
