Everyday take an iPhone, look at it and copy.
Copy the buttom camera icon. Copy the look and feel of iPhones. Copy the UI of iOS. Copy force touch from Macbook, Shameless still, and take jabs at Apple for releasing first. Take an iPhone, and a rubber, rub off some parts.. copy the rest, no need to hire designer or do R&D, just copy copy copy. Even if have R&D, the R&D just get an iPhone and copy copy copy.
Even naming have to copy, S Plus Pro Mini Note, just copy, no need to think, Come from China, can give chinese characters as naming,, but NO, just copy copy copy.
But is ok. Because when you copy without thinking, you can only be second best.

IPhone 6 bezel is round all around. S6 is flatter. Speaker grills are differently placed. Top has IR blaster and a slight arch left to right. Front is pure Samsung. If "metal" is the similarity u r referring to then all metal phones are similar.

Surprisingly none of the comments till now mentioned how the bottom bezel look exactly like that of iPhone 6 while a clearly distinguishable Samsung Galaxy S6/S6 Edge was criticised left right centre for the (alleged) same thing !!
