Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 will be up to twice as powerful and energy efficient as its predecessor

In a dedicated blog post, Qualcomm announced that the upcoming Snapdragon 820 chipset will be up to twice as powerful and energy efficient as its predecessor, Snapdragon 810. The San Diego-based chipmaker has designed the SoC specifically with high-end, ultra-thin devices in mind.

14nm finfett.Thats going to shoot the price for the chip off the roof since licensing from samsung would cost them.
