Opera 8? Was that a typo, as far as I know Opera is on Mini 5 beta 02, Opera Mobile is on 10 beta and the pc browser is @ 10.5 pre-alpha.. Am I missing something??

Eagle, 17 Jan 2010Opera mini 5 rocks. No need of poor performed Net front...:-PAgree 100%, Opera Mini 5 (beta 2) gets 9/10. If only it gave more options for zooming in like Opera Mobile 5 (beta 2) does. Then I would give it 10/10. But hey, it's still beta right so still room for improvement.

Two words: Don't Bother.
It looks almost the same as Netfront 3.5 (ie. completely un-finger-friendly), and the zoom functionality is shite.
Hell, even the now-discontinued Iris Browser 1.1.9 is way better that this steaming pile of turd. Stick with Opera Mobile instead.
Makes you wonder why ACCESS even bothers to check their product against the vastly superior competition.

I hope it works as promised.
If the price is reasonable I will try it.
So far every mobile browser I have used, has it drawbacks and I can find a web page that will not display properly.
My latest problem is getting the web page for RZESZOW airport to display as well as it does on a proper computer.

Please explain why new handsets from Sony Ericsson that come on the market in 3-6 months have version 3.5 and not the new one? Thanks.

installed on xperia x1 and used in text view mode. It is plain text, however with full functional links. Just like links2 in linux CLI. How cool is that :P
