it is impossible to read !
On 1k screens text looks nicely rounded smooth!
2k 4k is NOT designed for such small screens .. and the internet browsers resolution will be still downgraded to 720p when you open any app ..! and mainly google chrome runs even less 640x480 .. what's the point ?

"Why is the Z5C bigger and thicker than [Z3C, Z1C]?"
1) the SD 810 SoC is bigger than the SD801,
2) the new IMX300 is a 6-lens system and marginally thicker than the 5-lens IMX220, and
3) the battery is bigger as well.
Let's put this in better perspective: The Z5C has the same height and width dimensions as both its predecessors, but it's only 0.3mm thicker than the Z3C, and 0.6mm THINNER than the Z1C.
How is it that you think the phone is thick, huh?

No Android phone should cost more than 250 Euros. This is not a premium OS like iOS and Windows.
Also, calling this a "flagship" when its camera is so outdated, it barely catches on Nokia's flagship from 2 years ago. (Lumia 930)

Chris, 04 Sep 2015Why are these smartphone today so expensive?They are not expensive IMO, it is just that you are looking at the premium high end devices. Mid range like Moto X Stylus is very affordable for what it has to offer. If you want to save money and do not care to have the most LATEST of things, then look at mid range. These devices such as Z5 premium, Note 5, S6 +, LG G4, ect are high end devices to compete with iPhone. If you can wait like 6 months, the price will drop reasonably and you can snap a deal by then.

It is stup... moreI beg to differ, almost all of the high end smartphone nowadays can record 4K video, but almost all of them cannot playback the record 4K video due to screen resolution. The preium version of Z5 will sale because it can playback record 4K video and offer people to play 4K video on their smartphone from Youtube and others places.
I know that people like you will argue that 4K on that screen size is useless but if you surround yourself with high resolution devices, your eyes will get use to it and then you will be able to tell th different between high resolution 4K or 1080p on a small screen size like 5.5.
People thought that 2.5K (QHD) is crazy back then but now it has become the norm.

Carphone Warehouse also have the same pricing as AMAZON in all colours. no sign of the premium yet. 6th October is the expected delivery date...

X5 Premium is 900+$ obnoxious, same Android all its more of a show off. Wait nxt year same time it will be available on instalments. Sony has no resale nor much demand. Nxt year 1st qtr S7 Launched with 4k all.
