um 90% of the population doesn't even look at the price of what they buy, because they dont even know it. they get it with there contract from a carrier , either at a steep discount, or free. so price to the majority doesnt even matter.

1st, I love onscreen button for customization. With capacity buttons you have to stick with it forever
2nd, those space are reserved for the front facing stereo speakers toward your face and ears. And notice although samsung and Iphone have that bezels too, they have mono speaker and face your foot (in portrait) or face 1 ear (in landscape)
3rd, and this is might just my own experience. But after using phones with front-facing speakers like the Moto G 2014 and Xperia z3 compact. I cannot switch back to bottom-facing one.

Still with the onscreen buttons.
There is plenty of room for those under the screen.
Nice camera with very fast focus but thats it for me.
4K screen is only good if using VR which is not widespread enough with very few apps.

I did not say that YOU want Amoled, but I DO.
Spent is just a nice addition. I agree with you, barely use it too.
I do think that Samsung g Amoled screens are the best money can buy. IF, however, Samsung gives me a screen and takes the micro sd card slot (so I cannot use the screen much then, because mobile data tariff only has from 1gb to 5gb data max per month), then I cannot and will not buy note 5 or s6.

Amoled ? who told you that I want Amoled and burned pixels after few months ? IPS LCD is much better let alone the 4K LCD of the Z5P.
IF anything, Sony is offering much more ( SD-card, Radio, Better build quality, water/dust proof, 4K resolution, xreality engine, better camera ) for an even lower price.
Check your facts. Todate, the best phone the money can get is the Z5.
At least the sony doesnt lag like the shitty samsung touchwiz.

it's just that samsung gives you more (comparing with z5) - amoled, s-pen, etc.
i'm not buying it euther - i refuse to pay 900 EUR for a device without an sd-card, removable battery, and easily breakable glass back cover. No way.
