Hmm its use of the SD 810 bothers me a little what with it's overheating issues and all, but I might be willing to deal with that if the price for the high end version is in the sub-$350 range.

SD810?? why YU is dying to get fried by using all snapdragon SOCs which doesnt have good performance on its octacore chips? better they had used intel or some other, exynos may be... the brand's overheating issue will surely catch fire with SD810 on YU5050...

Gau69, 08 Sep 2015OnePlus has managed to tame the heat monster. I own the OP2... moreDid they really? I think it should be Qualcomm who needs to gain the credit when OnePlus may have only done was to choose between the version 1 and 2, which other companies could have easily done too

Micromax will be knowing about S810 heating problem, So if OP2 can control heat then i think Micromax can too....But if they want to....

I own the OP2 and after using it for 10 days now, i can surely say that it does not overheat. It does get warm, but even my OP One used to get warm.

This YU5050 is a direct competition to the OP2. But going by the past record of YU phones, I would not expect any wonders out of this. I remember people were damn frustrated with the previous YU phones.

Still cant believe Cyanogen went ahead with this piece of Sh*t company instead of OnePlus.

I would really love to go for a Micromax or a Yu phone but they have a history of making cheap handsets that break down and on top of that they also have one of the worst after sales services. The maximum life of these phones is not more than a year or two. Atleast even if i get a good after sales service, I'll start using these phones.

SD810 Do tends to overheat... if it used 820 or 808 I'd certainly toss my G4 to get this one.

This is quite high spec for its price. Oneplus 2 killer. Bring down that so-called 2016 Flagship killer.
