Soon after leaking with a new Exynos, the device codenamed Lucky now shows up with a Qualcomm SoC.

Why not keep improving their own chipset and use it on all their flagship devices? They already surpassed qualcomm this year.

Not true. Snapdragon 805 supports both & Toshiba made the first UFS 2.0 chip for it last year.
