This is iOS9 and will work as fluent like iOS8.4.1
so if you have a device and runs ok iOS8.4.1 there is no problem to update to iOS9.
iOS9 is more about perf and stability in iphones and multitask in ipads

Anonymous, 11 Sep 2015Really? Why would we believe you? I have iPhone 4s running ... moreNote 4 lags because of memory management issues. No use of 3GB RAM when software is having memory leaks.

Whay people comparison old phone hardware and software with new devices. that technology compatible for that days. We were satisfied with it in that days. Thare are some of new upgrades in new devices. That's also improvement. don't compare and blame to old devices.

Be serious. The only reason why Apple CAN still support 3-4 year old devices is because they can optimise the software to run on the hardware exactly the way they want.

I've seen an iPhone 4 run iOS7, and yes, some apps are terribly slow, but that's a customer's choice to live with it, or eventually upgrade.

And let's face it, more and more users upgrade devices way before the 2 year mark.

WATCH OUT! BE CAREFUL! It may make older Iphones slower. Just like IOS 7 did to iphone 4, and later ones did to Iphone 5.. Because Apple wants you to feel your phone is slow and switch to NEWER IPHONE !!!
