Correction to this article.
Telenor & Nokia Siemens corp. are the first to put this out in Denmark..
3 have just bin crying since Telenor/Nokia Siemens announced the release,
and had it all pushed forward to 1/3-2010.
So this aint right, 3 is not the first company to release fast MBB.
Telenor got the "ownership" for this back in late summer 2009.

I say don't get your hopes up. Go look at articles and benchmark tests. On HSPA, although suppose to be able to output 21 Mbps, it does on average 7 Mbps. If they want to get 84 Mbps, it will probably get 28 Mbps or so in the field.

adrian, 22 Jan 2010cmon man 84g sure and u get 1g of transfer a month ...so wh... moreDo You go over your 1GB of bandwidth in a month though?
Just because the transfer rate is much faster doesn't mean that you will consume more data a month per say.
Just means you will be more effective at it.

my issuse with 3g bandwidth coverage, is the lack of it in the US. The US market is lost in "free phones" to even care about such a thing. What this market as a whole fails to realize is that we have great potential to grow, i work for T-mobile US and if they were to launch even a 10mps hspa we could grow 10 fold in customer base and network...

This is great. Another reason for me to jump off the Tele2 bandwagon and instead use a network provider with great services and speed.

cmon man 84g sure and u get 1g of transfer a month ...so why the speed when u have transferlimit, in the european markets the providers dont let the consumer do a lot of stuff on their cell, like voip, u can use the phone to surf but no voppie, so i have 600€ phone lots of rams, lots of cpu, lots of inch on the display, lots of bandwidth 85g,but download limit to 1g/month and no voip...So i dont care if my speed is 0.1 or 100mb just make it flat net and you all be happy

That nice.
Now if only I could get 3G coverage in more than 1/3 the country?
It'll probably only cover the >100.000 cities for first few years.
