Rk, 14 Sep 2015It should be with Snapdragon 820 and must have 4GB of RAM. ... moreLatest specs? You're asking for specs that don't yet exist. The 820 won't be ready until next year and it's not like you can simply decide to use a different SoC midway through the long R&D process. Not without basically having to start again at least, the SoC is after all what the rest of the phone is designed around.

Next year there will almost certainly be a Nexus phone with an 820 in it, but not this year. And you're wrong about the Nexus range; the appeal of them has always been the software and good value rather than having the very best specs.

I wonder how can One tell V1 and V2 apart... Is it in the name code? So People won't get the V1...
Also I wonder how low did it get underclocked? is it below the 808/805?
                  And what about the 615?

It should be with Snapdragon 820 and must have 4GB of RAM. Providing latest Android (6) is not the thing by which you can attract customers. Customers need good and latest specs... So Huawei please work on your ideas because you are one of the best companies....

Boris, 14 Sep 2015Huawei Mate phones are actually quite nice. With Kirin 950,... moreSo I'm one of the disappointed Customers that been waiting for normal sized Nexus... Now when I'm turned off by the size of it, the SnapD 810 starting to bother me even more!
IS it really is overheating? I've tried to find the truth about it, some write that it's just BS started by Samsung since they make their own Processors... other say that only early versions heat up, and in some (HTC) it still heats(Not OVERheats tho) while in others (OnePlus Two) it's stable...
So I Don't know what to believe, some write there's a Version 2 of 810 that doesn't heats...
And now there are also rumors that SnapD 615 also Overheats?! I mean WTF... all the phones I chose from (Z9 mini, Nexus 5X, Gigaset Me/Pure) all got SnapD 810 or 615... So do I avoid both or what?
