Gorilla glass is hardly on "most" devices these days, the list isn't that big and almost all low-mid range devices don't have it.

Lol. No but seriously samsung please email the very tuff. I don't want to worry about the note 6 when it comes out because of some fragile glass. My note 5 already has a tech 21 case. The glass maybe said to be strong. But I'm still scared as hell of it breaking.

I don't care what you name it Samsung, just make it stronger for God's sake! Gorilla glass is nothing but a selling point, utter fragile thing.
The front glass should survive at least one or two normal distanced drops, that's how a true flagship mobile should be made. However there are some 'poor' people who use mobile phones like ceramic tea pot set, and they will disagree to what I am saying, but then again no one did care about dumb people.

I'm happy to see Samsung becoming more independent. First ditch android with Tizen, ditch Snapdragon with Exynos and now ditch Gorilla glass with Turtle glass. I wonder what they do next.

Exec. 2: I know, let's call it Monkey Glass!
Exec. 1: Hmm, sounds too similar to Gorilla Glass. It will be obvious to all that we have shamelessly copied our competitors' designs.
Exec. 3: How about "Turtle Glass"?
