my aquaris A4.5 battery is damaged i need a replacement were can i get it..?? i need quick responds please.

I owned one of them one week ago and i am very surprised with it. It is the first time i use a non recognisable brand device. Basically i was looking an affordable mobile phone, with latest android version, good battery and compact.
My first option would be a Z3/Z5 compact, but i found it expensive (the three times more expensive) and i don`t need a remarkable camera, neither its waterproof resistance.
Additionally, the BQ A4.5 has an georgeous design, it feels very solid and compact.
In the other hand, its screen has poor quality, not even HD. But that's why its battery has a long life.
It comes with Android Marshmallow ,stock google firmware :), and the company guarantees at least 2 years of android updates.

I have bought bq since the first model, now i am on my third one (bq aquaris E5 FHD octa core) never crashed. Very good for the price.

Portugal is right next to it, so it's common for things released in one of the two to endup being sold in the other one as well.

Just a quick note as a person that lived for 11 years in Spain:
- Spanish tech brands are by default terrible. If this was not software-backed by Google, I wouldn't even look at it.
- Spanish brands tech are never cheap for what they offer and are rarely worth it.
I'm hoping they come to their senses and drop the price on this one a bit, if not, it will never catch on.

For that pricing I can get 2Gb RAM, 16GB ROM from Lenovo, Asus, Xiaomi, Honor or Meizu.

In the UK you can get a Blu 4g 4.5" phone for £69, or 5" 4g for £99. Why on earth get this BQ?

Too expensive for low spec phone. That price is in euro. If it is in australian dollar I would buy it.

Too high price. Siswoo is based in Spain, too and they tear apart bq prices.

Quite a problem for BQ as this A4.5 is the Aquaris M4.5 down to the last bit of hardware, so how could they lower the price of the A4.5 whitout lowering the one of the M4.5, and how will they now promote one without crippling the other?
