You never experienced no one of those phones. These phones like Galaxy Note 4, 5, Galaxy S6/Edge and Edge plus they haven't any lag at all.

If we wanted an iphone, we would get an iphone. Why is it so hard for them to fathom?
You can't beat Apple (And you don't even need to) by becoming Apple. You could by being an alternative.
Actually, with their move they may have provided Apple with even more customers. Because many people liked iPhone, but were buying Samsung because of the SD and removable battery. Now many of them will feel they have no choice anyway, so they'll buy an iPhone.

What do you expect?
If you want iOS = You must buy iPhone, nothing else
If you want Android = there are tons, I mean TONS and more are entering everyday
Samsung simply can't pull the numbers they used in mobile market due to competition
Not many people are willing to shell out $200-300 extra for extra gig of ram / amoled screen / curved screen / sd card slot or removable battery

The main problem for Samsung in loosing the profits and interest on High End Smartphone is because they come up with too much phone in 1 yr. And they now a days are feeling insecured by the other rivalries. Stop copying or being in a competition. they should Do what they have been doing.

Samsung make the best android phones of the world and that you have to admit. You don't like it but you have to admit it and confom yourself. All samsung innovations in their flagships/mid-end devices are very good, except Touchwiz.

Don't expect people to always be swayed by giant corporates's marketing gimmicks. S6's design is a big shock with its over reflective casings and Note 5 even it is nice should be more independent of S flagships line like it was previously.

You don't like the competition of Samsung in Apple territory like many others because you know that Samsung phones actually are in equality with Apple phones. Samsung it's the only brand that makes competition with Apple in quality, in specs and in markting with Apple and of all Android oems but there is some people or much people that don't accept the heathy competition of Samsung. The people don't buy but don't understand that this year the Samsung phones are in pair of equality with Apple in all, until are above of Apple in many aspects but as they find it expensive not even observe thoroughly those phones when they go to buy one. Take one of that in your hands and experience and you will see if i haven't tell you the true.

Reasons why they went down:
1. They are trying to dominate against Apple Inc. which they cannot do it honestly.
2. Their phones are low quality and even android fanboys are complaining about it.
3. So many disadvantages about their new devices like non-removable battery, no SD card slot and etc.

Not only weak but they will drop. Samsung did not attract the iphone crowds with their design change. Which in all honestly is very nice, I cannot deny that.
However, by removing the micro-sd slot. And then removing the things that made the Note lineup a professional phone, expanded storage, long battery/exchangeable they have alienated their existed base who are now looking towards LG and others to provide the solution.
Add to that their flippant remarks about the stylus, is not doing them any favours.
