LG G4 stops by DxO Labs, rated second best

Some 5 months after the release of the LG G4 and hot on the heels of rumors of the G5's sensor, DxO Labs has published its review of the smartphone's camera.

            Some of their tests are great....But sorry....G4 better than S6 in video? Video processing is the let down of the G4 camera.

            And the idea that the Note 2 is on par with the 1020 in photography is pathetic.

                        best camera, best ui, more customizable , very nice sound quality, nice screen, and very smooth performance.... only the g4 is the best phone today until the galaxy s7 or G5 come.

I'm looking at their website and can't confirm this, but if it's true then their results aren't too important for even a half-serious photographer, except for taking quick photos.

Maybe you should get your head checked. Ohh and enjoy taking photos very very sloooowly with your weak cpu 1020. Its photos can be matched by the G4 anyway and it does it a lot faster than your grandfather clock of a phone.

                                    I don't understand how they put the Lumia 1020 that far behind. Last time I checked, the 1020 was so far ahead of the other phones, that nobody was putting them on comparisons because it was in a league of its own.

                                      I don't know about what everybody is fighting here. SD808+32GB internal+microSD+a decent removable+an AWESOME camera (finally, proved by DxO. I don't care how much it got, but still its the 2nd best in the world of mobile photography). Now, combine ALL these (+GSM unlocked) with $399 price tag (right now @ 5:46PM eastern time on eBay.com), no phone in the world can beat G4 as the best phone for the price right now. (You can consider whatever phone you like, doesn't matter). & I personally used that phone. It looks, feels great & premium too.

G4 takes very good photos, that's a FACT. G3 took better photos than S4, that's another FACT. Now to my eyes G4 and S6 photos are equal, why DXO mark put G4 at second spot, I don't care, but as I said, it's DXO mark, they are the ultimate when its about camera sensors, optics etc. The main point was even if G4's camera is far better than say even a point and shoot camera, that still doesn't make it a decent phone. How come camera is the only thing which could be counted?

                                        LG phones are as always worthless, their long time users are too. Cheap, pathetic kind, they literally have no idea what and how a quality product is or could be. Bla bla about sensors? Yeah, you made your point kiddo. Now go back and use that crap LG toy of yours and be happy child.

                                        PS: An actual Lumia 1020 user posted his view about the camera. Ah, you must think you're trolling in a wrong place now.
