LOL. Just shows you how Sony is a big pile of fail.
This phone was announced before the iPhone 6S was announced.
Yet now it is just a pre-order, while the iPhone 6S is shipping to customers.
Singapore is an iPhone country. Sony just never learned anything about supply chain and marketing. Yet they are wondering why they are not making as much money.
Oh, and by the time you receive the Z5, sony is probably close to announcing the Z6.
Paying big money for an Android phone makes less and less sense as the OEMs are not doing a good job in delivering the product. Might as well get a cheap Xiaomi.

the phone fit you who are really love a brand.just as this phone.you don't really need the highest pixel on camera since you need it merely for your insta and profile pict. water and dust resistance are great since the slot cap work properly.design is remain the same with all the gen of Z.

what he wishes fo... moreTo be fair, while more battery is good, for most people anything that lasts up to the night is good enough most of the time. Lasting longer than that has very little value for most. That's why there is little focus on battery.
But recently a lot of phones aren't even achieving that. The galaxy s5 got it right and the galaxy note phones did too at least, but the market trend is for thin phones mainly.

On the other hand, The Apple use the 3D touch feature in Iphone 6s, I don't think this is important than the endurance, why they simply add the 3D touch feature, it just some like the same as "press and hold" functions. They even reduce the Iphon battery capacity. Could someone tell me which one is unnecessary features? Which is the best Evolution, please?
Sony have resolved the overheat problem and have a good battery management for 2 days long, but someone still complaining about 4K feature, but why they don't complain 3D touch? and holler the 1 day endurance? Could someone explain me please?

2 gb ram is too little in some cases for content. Swapping stuff also affects the battery.
Agree on the resolution though (1080p) although z5's solution is pretty sensible.

hope we get a 4GB ram xperia next year! really want to play dolphin and "play!" at 100% speed 60fps!
can anyone post a review or something regarding the quality of the 4K display with google cardboard?
cant find any just yet, the new ppsspp version supports cardboard and i guess the z5 premium is the phone for that, sadly there are so many good games for psp and ps1 that a 512GB microSD is almost a must...

I would go for the Xperia Z5 Compact-I mean, 72 hour battery life? That's amazing. And you get all the features of the Premium except the 4k screen, which you don't need in the smaller version. Compare that 72 hr battery life to the battery life of the similar-sized iPhone 6s, which barely lasts a day according to Stuff Magazine. Should you go for the Z5 Premium, you're still going to get 48 hrs-amazing given the power-hungry 4k screen and octacore processor
