I have not changed my phone since HTC One S as it had a smart AMOLED display and still kicks now. But I will update to this good looking device. Pray the specs are not to large.

HTC....why did you have to make the bottom look like the iPhone as well? I liked their unique design from before but now it's just....too plain.

Well,i always wanted an iphone with Amoled,Htc is brilliant this time...what else is wrong,a super phone experience all arpund,which unites both worlds,something thath apple never had,samesung either.Brilliant,i Will buy it,IMHO,best of both worlds,and,always a win,two fights,the cleverest win.Good job!

you've been one of the biggest competitor to apple. now that you just faked the iphone, you lost all the individual skills. no one will look at the a9 and say: "Oh, wow, that's htc" No. Everyone will say: "Another f...i-Phone" Congratulations: You joined the circle of cheap copiers. Can't believe that.
And instead of growing the display, You put some coloured frame over the frame???? God, help me.
And oh, yes, there was the one m9+ ... with that better camera. Seriously????? Do you really think that was the reason for not buying it?
HTC: It seems you closed eyes and ears. It could be that easy. Thousands of concepts are waiting on the internet. nice and individual. A child would make it better. it only would search the internet.
But you are not a company for the customers anymore. you're a company for yourself.
Otherwise you would hear what problems your customers have with your phone.

I would be highly surprised if this is actually the correct A9. As the writer points out it looks far too much like an iPhone to be an HTC offering. We should remember that historically HTC have consistently designed distinctive units. They are unlikely to abandon one of their strengths by copying Apple. Also, that $700 price tag is extremely unlikely.

i promise that the price is fake.maybe it was butterfly 3 or new one m9plus cost that revealed makes a mistake and said it is A9 price.if a person is neutral would find out price is very lower than this mentioned.
if you think just a moment you will find out and if htc priced A9 about 700$ or 600$ it would stay in depot and nobody will buy it.

it's htc and like other htc it has big bezels and sony has too. and ipsone has too but i don't know why all person only mentioned that just htc has big bezel??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yes i hate big bezels and hate very small too because hand holding is hard for both big and small.in other hand we have not ignore that htc has high quality and htc phones stand for long time usage. it has very good movement that has AMOLED display.htc used amoled for many years ago and now back to uses it and it's very good news.htc one s was last htc amoled display.

HTC is back with bang. This A9 from other pics on other places is really slick looking. Mid level quality phone with 3 gig ram, good chip, slim design and premium build. Nice one. that'll do just nicely.
