Google is an American company. When Japanese like Sony companies have certain features or products available there is no where near the amount backlash over entitlement. If you're not happy with the product don't buy. This is coming from a Canadian btw.

This is a good device. Google should stop letting companies like Samsung, Huawei ad others install their OS and make a bad name for Google..... Android should be only released on devices fully controlled by Google. The OS would be much better experience then.
