Does not mean ZUK Z1 is a 'fail'.
More than winning on paper, I am a fan of OS and experience.
CM made me its fan! Smooth and light UI consumes barely 1.1 - 1.4 GB RAM on my OPO.
Whereas, I have seen 1.6 - 2.0 GB RAM booked in MIUI.
I have had a sad experience with RedMi 1 which made me doubt Xiaomi's quality.
But I think that's more of a one time personal experience.

64-bit is new, but adoption at application level will surely take more time.
Only graphic intensive, floating point calculations gain out of 64-bit operations.
I use OnePlus One and I think it's performance is nowhere 'old'.

So its going to be China / Europe only phone, cause if its exactly the same phone then it doesn't support LTE on USA/ Canada/ Americas.

Finally a non-premium phone that's actually cheap and has good things about it. Using last years 32bit chipset (or the year before that technically) may be too old for some. Most don't push a phone to even notice more than that and 64bit apps are still a rarity however.

S801 beast with this battery means maybe 100h endurance? Look at xperia Z3c...

It will be interesting to see the battery life on the Z1. While the SD801 is outdated, I'm hoping this phone will perform well for that price.
