            Downloaded mine from huawei's site and like 5 minutes the update was done.

            I don't see huge difference my battery is okay though but it did remove huaweis keyboard and put Google's which I hate otherwise looks nice runs the same to me and I do think it uses less rak not sure at least it got rid of Vodacoms fucking start up logo so booting is faster

                  I just updated my mate 7 it took me 1week to wait for the auto update.. the process is very easy but it took about 1 hour 1st it will update ur meui then ur android to lollipop.

                          I updated my M7 to 5.1.1 and now battery life dropped drastically. I only get about 1 full day battery life as compared to pre-update where I get 2days battery life, 1.5days for heavy use.

                                    I Just updated my Huawei Mate 7 to Android Lollipop 5.1.1, the update takes 7/8 minutes, and the differences are amazing, much faster, and looks better. None problem. 11/01/2016
