Nexus 4 has 2Gb ram.u can update it too.theres no way google will update nexus 4, they are very stubborn on their policies, unlike apple where, they keep updating the OS on the older phone until it lags, like what happen on iphone 4, it lag so much on ios7, it never was upgraded again, ios9 on the 4s is somewhat acceptable performance, so it still got updated

              Wow, no update for the Nexus 4. It's only a three year old phone. Tallk about planned obsolescence. What a waste.

                        Thanks Google for releasing Marshmallow for Nexus 7. I was worried that it wouldn't get released for it but thankfully it did. It's still a very capable device and for sure one of best Nexus devices to date. Now Google just needs to get a grip on EU princing of the Nexus phones and I will buy one of them for sure.
