Microsoft Band 2 is official, smarter and sportier

Wearable tech is definitely in, no doubt about it, but the battle is still on to define wearable devices as a rightful and meaningful niche with its own purpose and development plan. The new Microsoft Band 2, just announced on stage is yet another stride into the future of wearables, which really blurs the already thin line between smart watches and fitness trackers.

Battery life? Less than a day probably as the original had a battery in the strap. Waiting for BLOCKS

    Why the mega bezel? All that black shiny area (should be screen too), not just the illuminated blue. Seems like a waste of screen real estate.
