Why do people do something good and then decide to screw it up? This strategy isn't one of Microsoft's better ideas. More so, it has been tried before; by Nokia, by BlackBerry. It failed. They are setting up the Lumia 950 and 950XL to fail.

You do realize that this isnt misinformation right? This article states carrier availability of the phone, not whether an unlocked version will be sold or not (which it will)

What a short-sighted and dumb move, if you wanna extend your reach you make it available to all carriers. This is not 2008 anymore. Microsoft never learned! This will disappoint many fans on other networks that are on other carriers. I just switched my phone to LG G4 today after this news
