AnonD-234645, 08 Oct 2015I own Adreno 418. and this GPU BLAZES away! Yeah... I know ... moreAdreno 418 cannot run high end games at 2K resolution completely smooth... Adreno 430 can but it would have been better if paired with SD 808 in place of horribly heating SD 810...
It would have been more successful. In Mobile sector, GPU have been a big bottleneck from last few years... That should change.. Nvidia brought high performance in graphics sector with K1 but that cannot be used in mobiles... Hope Samsung does that..

But mali have good preformance /Gflop galaxy s6 in benchmark give more frame rate than htc M9, But more Gflop more future proof

Finally something to look forward to from Samsung :D, I'm not really concerned with the CPUs as most are more than capable for anything you'd do on a phone, but for gamers like me the GPUs have been woefully lacking given the increasing resolutions or coupled with heat issues (s810/adreno 420).

...and once they managed to closely integrate the CPU, GPU and RAM and reduced wiresizes from the current 14nm to 5nm then its time to put that thing in a laptop and give Intel some heat.

Mali is worse, may just be this year but I'm pretty sure its always been like this. The htc m9 uses SD810 with adreno drivers. The one to look at is the graphics one (physics os cpu, and total is affected by it), and s6 got 23000 while m9 got 32000. Anyway hoping that Samsung goes back to adreno.

Looking at how Exynos in processor in S6 series and note 5 Triumphed Snapdragon 810.

Hope to see Exynos GPU lead the market's graphic power too.
