If you want to receive the update via OTA then you must have B623 installed since this follows the official line of updates that Huawei has released via OTA, B623 is the last milestone released by Huawei before the Lollipop compilation (B830). Please remember that your phone cannot be rooted if you want to receive the update via OTA.
In theory you should be able download the ROM and install it locally or by using the three method button if you have any of the B6XX compilations however you must create a security backup of your data before installing the new ROM.
YES. There are some compatability problems at the moment with some of the applications, facebook is the main culprit and can provoke stability issues with your device, it is recommended that you uninstall the facebook application untill a stable release is available.

emui is a nice rom, but huawei nailed it with lollipop update. i upgraded mi p7 to lollipop and facebook it's not working properly neither messenger and other apps. I DO NOT RECOMAND INSTALLING LOLLIPOP ON THIS DEVICE!!

I have the B133SP01 KitKat version,this device is rooted and with a costom rom which i can't find a way to get rid of, i can't manually update to lollipop because my device is modded so i wait for this OTA update to come out so hopefully when i update it that way, i can rid of the modifications on my phone and go back to stock with help of the lollipop update, no update found on the system update.
