This one has a reason for the "chin". That litle black spot in the chin is a Optical trackpad like the one in E72, but very small, so if you wan´t to use the track pad with only one hand, the "chin" as you call it, becames handy.

For me 3.2" screen is the ultimate size.
I dont need a freaking big phone with 3.7" or 4" display. It more like a table, not a phone.

The phone seems almost perfect, however, why is it the same size as the Bravo even tho it has a screen half an inch smaller? I like the idea of a smaller screen as long as the phone is actually smaller too! Also hate the chin on the bottom - what's the point?

I had the chance to work with one already, with a beta rom and he his very fast, the camera it works very well, tha touch screen is as fast as iphone, in my opinion, this is another turn point in the mobile industry

Bravo will have 3.7&quo... moreNo, it's NOT going to fail because you say so, god there are some really ignorant folk on the gsmarena commenting boards. Not every smartphone has to have a 4.0-4.3 inch touchscreen, the hero worked out fine and has been voted device of the year 2009 and besides, NOT everyone wants to hurl a mini tabletin thier pocket. It eliminates the purpose of a handheld device being portable, I'm game for more high end devices, and as it stands the specs on this are very respectable, considering it's a mid-tier smartphone. Yes, the features are practically identical to the Hero, but this is a newish look with better build quality and will run the more uptodate version of Android. If that doesn't satisfy you, just wait for the Bravo or get the HD2 now, no point in whining about this model's specs and screen size.

Htc will release 12 phones this year (much more then the years before), this means that they are feeling its an important market for them. They will come out since March until late September.

HTC Legend ain't giving an... moreN900 as Major problems, such as software, with some operators, you cant configure the email, and other devices cant do the update...this are only the problems that i know..
The first O.S. is always problematic...lets wait for the next maemo...maemo 6

There are many Androids available. Nothing special!!!
N900 is still better...
