Everytime apple comes out something new in the S series, droid fans call it gimmicky, useless or there was this one device that used this million of years ago.
Let's look at this: Siri comes out, s voice came out, google now came out then cortana came out (was siri the first personal assistant? Proabably not, but then when apple does something, everyone follows
Apple comes out with touch id: droid fans brough up motorla, but if u look at the scene, there was like how many phones that uses fingerprint sensor, then let's look at post iphone 5s, everyone starts using a fingerprint sensor on their high end phones
iPhone 6s: Force touch, how much do people wanna bet every android oem will start following it?
TLDR: Give credit when credit is due, don't be a fanboy and just shout out in forums, iPhone copies as much as from android as well (notification centre is one apple fans can never deny), but please don't be a fanboy and just shout whatever to protect ur beloved os or brand

When 5s introduces fingerprint scanner, then S5 follows. When 6s introduces touch 3d, then S7 follows. It's the trend IMO...

first of all its apple's fault that they didnt optimised the chips provided by samsung correctly and blaming samsung for providing bad chips and secondly samsung does not rely on any other brands, they make their own stuff, they rely only for raw materials they need like plastics, steels, silicons, etc and the last one i am not a samsung fan boy i hate both crapple and shamesung but the fact is fact that crapple is a beggar and shamesung is the giver... you stupid people assume anyone fanboys who makes any valid points for any brand...

To me Apple's 3D touch is a gimmick at this point. The things u can do with it is not groundbreaking, atleast not atm. It just makes it more complicated to technologically challenged ppl(who are the majority users of the iPhone), as it gives users more options and choices on the icons. The iPhone is about making technology simple/basic, why it's the main choice of the masses, oh and it automatically makes u a "cool ass" person. Jokes aside, I know a lot of elderly ppl that uses iPhones, my parents included, and the main problem they have with touch screens is the long press. They tend to press harder and a bit longer, which can render 3D touch and annoyance rather than being helpful/useful.
I really hope Samsung and all the other OEMs(except Huawei) don't implement Force Touch in their high-end phones. Atleast not yet.
With the fragmentation of Android, it's just going to be a hot mess on a grand scale IMO. Just pass on it and let it be an Apple exclusive. Sadly knowing Samsung they will more than likely implement it in their next top tier devices. I'm not quite sure, if Apple is the patent owner of the Force Touch technology, if so I see new lawsuits coming. :(

Why I bought an xperia z3 compact over iphone 6 (at the time, and I would buy it over 6s anyday)
Better display ( X reality is amazing)
2x more battery (I get almost 2 days of moderate usage, if I use it to text and call I get 2 days easily)
Water resistance (its nice to have 1 thing less to worry about your phone)
Better design, (the iphone 6s is ugly, those bezels are huge, omg)
Storage (I have a 128gb micro sd that i got for $60)
Front Facing speakers(this should be a must on any high end device)
NFC( Just tap and share)
Quick charge (full charge in 1 hour and a few minutes, dont mind if i do)
Cheaper (not just cheaper but with more featuers as noted above)
Theh iphone has nothing of those above. So there is a point, sony xperia z3 compact for the win. (btw I dont buy other brands because they excel at just one thing, even iphone, and I want a GREAT phone at everything, not jus excellent at 1 thing).
