Before everyone keeps getting bent out of shape, this is clearly a tongue-in-cheek marketing stunt.. Sure they may honour it, but I doubt they actually expect anyone to take it up.
Just a little bit of intentional viral marketing, shows they have a sense of humour. :)

Though I understand what is written in here, l cannot get the point of it. I may get a brand new one plus2 if I gave them one of the Samsung's new phones?? And only 50 will be selected?? May be it is just to attract attention!!!!!

No one seems to understand how market works lol. Once your S6 is out of the store, it's price is not 600 anymore, it's more like 500. Few months later, that price is already 400 or so. So in this case, You give out a product that will bring you 350 or less if sold, for a brand new product of the same value (initially).
Therefore, this is a square and fair deal. It just needs some thought to be put in place.

If i want to donate, i'll donate straight to the organization. What makes oneplus think that people who own S6 will trade their phone even they say they will donate it. Seriously, i don't get what kind of motive that oneplus want from doing this.

Poor Carl, it seems he has not even done his high school.
I would rather keep my Samsung flagship and donate $389 instead of exchanging it with OPT.
He is still trying to do the promotion of OPT, instead of improving their OS bug and providing good after sales service.
Carl is really a kid with high ambitions and no vision.
