Skype now lets non-users participate in conversations after clicking a unique link
15 October, 2015
Starting today, you can use Skype even if you don't have an account. The Microsoft-owned service announced a new feature that makes this possible. People who do have a Skype account can now start a conversation and then share a unique link to it. Each conversation gets its own link, and the people who are sent such a link (and click on it) can join it and chat even if they're not Skype users. This currently works for guests through Skype for Web on computers.
