In Z5, we use Gorilla glass on both front and back. But i'm afraid the information i have doesn't say which Gorilla glass it has.

You ordered z5? your experience is going to bother you for sure in case if you have experienced z2 as u said. One reason will be sufficient and that is screen contrast. You have to live with a Xperia Z like fade and washed out images and colors. Z2 had a contrast of above 1200:1 and z5 is 900:1. I Threw Z on my 3rd day after i shifed from ZL for the same reason and used z2 with lots of pleasure. Then shifting from z2 to Z3 was ease as sony optimised the triluminous tech in Z3 with less green colour saturation and amaizing contrast. Z3 has a whoping contrast of 1356:1. looking at my z3 is a eye candy. I am not goona change z3 untill i see a real good screen and not only hardware.

Avro Deep, 21 Oct 2015Sony never learns from its failures in this kind of a gloom... moreUnless their aim is NOT to compete in India, in which case the high price is fine.
Apple and Sony seem to have absolutely no intention to be a serious competitor in India - they just simply play the "Ferrari" game with those for whom money is no issue.
It will take another decade or two for the lower and middle class of India to be on an income range that makes it attractive for these companies to enter the market, until then the low-end devices will keep dominating.

Anyone feel free to prove me wrong (with sources please), but I can't find any evidence that the current models are using GG.

Please tell me what Brand / Standard of glass Sony is using. Please search Sony official support blogs you will find out that they are using only "hardened scratch proof glass", which don't withstand any fall.(Look into Z3 blog)
So Today's BIG QUESTION - which brand / standard glass is using in front Screen of Z5.
