These prices are just plain insulting to us Brits, first Google asking a ridiculous price for the Nexus phones and now HTC trying it on again after overcharging on the M9. The management at HTC do not have a clue which is why their company is about to go splat.

Looking at all this insanity with terrible pricing, doubtful overall impression of A9 and its design language coming to One M and Desire series I became interested in personality of Cher Wang. It's clear and obvious that under her management HTC will be dead in year or so. Who this madam is? Where did she come from ? What she's achieved at her previous positions? Is she any passionate about this industry and particularly about smartphones or she is such type of CEOs for whom it is not important which company to manage - let it be pharmaceutical, perfumery, electronics etc...
